This message is to notify you of a modification to the traffic control phasing associated with FUD’s George Williams Water Line Replacement project. Work has progressed faster than anticipated since the notice shared on May 18, and the posted detours will shift for the next phase of construction. Beginning Monday, June 8, the road closure will shift from the Pellissippi-to-Hidden Glen section of George Williams Road to the Hidden Glen-to-Beecher Mayfield section. Residents of the Hidden Glen subdivision will access their homes from the Fox Road side of George Williams Road while the eastbound section remains closed. Detour signage will be posted, and access to homes will be maintained throughout construction.
