Sewer Capacity Reservation Fee

FUD has developed a sewer capacity reservation fee for all sewer basins to ensure the sewer collection system has adequate capacity for anticipated future development. This fee is for off-site improvements, either upgrades or extensions, required to serve most new development. Through this fee, both the Developer and FUD will pay equitable portions of capacity related upgrades. Some exceptions apply. Maps of each basin are linked below and Technical Memoranda supporting each map are available if requested.
