Dear Customer,
The Turkey Creek Sewer Line Project is a phased replacement of a 50-year-old concrete sewer line serving the Campbell Station Road corridor. This proactive effort is focused on maintaining reliable service and protecting nearby streams, homes, businesses, and greenways by reducing the risk of future sewer overflows.
The initial phase of work, Phase 1, is being completed around May 1, 2026. The second and subject phase will include replacement from Old Colony Pkwy (Village Green subdivision) to the Interstate 40 right-of-way. Phase 2 utility work is expected to begin around May 1st, but preliminary clearing and installation of erosion control measures is expected to begin the week of April 13th. FUD will be replacing approximately 90% of the sewer lines in the existing easement location.
Throughout the project, FUD will:
* Maintain access to homes
* Coordinate with emergency services
* Provide advance notice of any greenway closures to the Town of Farragut
We appreciate your patience as we complete these necessary improvements. If you have questions or concerns, please contact FUD or visit our website, https://www.fudknox.org/projects-maintenance/.
